Shipping - Domestic Orders

(b) If the order value is $99 or more (exclusive of shipping or taxes), then the shipping is free for most orders. There are some oversized and overweight items which have additional shipping costs. If the order value is less than $99, then you pay for the shipping. If you wish to insure any of your shipments, which can be offered at your expense, please contact us at the information listed under the “contact us” section of the Website prior to placing an order.
(c) Please note: There are some areas within the United States of America where we simply cannot ship certain restricted items (e.g. defense sprays, automatic knives, stun guns, knuckles, police batons, etc.). These areas include, but are not limited to: portions of Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin. Exceptions are made as local laws permit (proper ID may be required at the time of purchase).
Shipping - International Orders
Prior to placing an international order defined as outside the United States, you must contact us at the information listed under the “contact us” section of the Website. There are numerous export and import restrictions regarding tactical and outdoor products. International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, duties, levies, fees, taxes, storage charges, broker fees, and the like associated with international shipments. You agree that us the "seller" shall not be held liable for any International Shipping Events.
Returns and Exchanges
(a) Product returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 14 days of delivery. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us prior to shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact us at the information provided in the “contact us” section of our Website. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in a brand new, unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made with us. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label if you contact us at the information provided in the “contact us” section of our Website. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged.
(b) Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 30 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back or your exchange will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost to insure the package. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged.
General Shipping Info
We ship primarily USPS. You will receive a tracking number for each individual package. We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail for domestic deliveries.
We currently do offer international sales through our online shop but if you Contact Us we would be glad to assist in placing a direct international order via email, or through one of our social media messengers via Facebook or Instagram.
